Shipping Information
Due to the myriad of custom options offered, many VGS products ordered online are built to order and may require 10 – 15 business days to fabricate. Orders are shipped by FedEx Ground (3-5 business days) unless overnight or second day delivery options are selected when placing your order.
Payment Options
VGS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
If you have established an open account with VGS, we will invoice you on shipment, subject to our credit policy.
New house accounts are opened only for first time orders greater than $1000.00. Purchase orders must accompany a credit application and acceptance of order and extension of credit is contingent on credit check.
Inspection Upon Receipt of Order
Upon receipt of order, please immediately open and inspect contents for damage. Please notify us within 5 days at 1-800-203-0301 of any possible damage which may have occurred in the shipping process. VGS has only 5 days to submit breakage claims with shippers. Keep all original packaging materials!
Return Policy
Custom products can only be returned for an identical replacement item if the original product was received damaged or is defective.
